About
A native of the Yakima Valley, Abraham attended Harvard Law School then practiced international trade and immigration law in Washington DC before joining the U.S. State Department in 2011. His diplomatic career took him to Mexico, China, Canada, and Bolivia, where he negotiated trade treaties, connected U.S. businesses to foreign markets, and adjudicated worker visas.
In 2025 Abraham brought this expertise home to Washington State, where he now advises businesses seeking to expand internationally and solve trade-related challenges.
A fluent speaker of Spanish, Abraham also speaks Mandarin Chinese.
